Originally from France, I was working as a divemaster then as an instructor in Asia for years. Mainly in Malaysia and Thailand. Then I decided to run my own divecenter and found out that Zanzibar would be the best place to do it so. Just as we trust in locals as our primary staff we decided to use a locally build Dhow (wooden boat) for our dive trips. By that we not only want to help preserving local workplaces and craftmanship but also try getting the local spirit of travelling accross to our clients. We are aware that with that kind of boat we will not set any speed records but life on Zanzibar is ‚pole pole’ (which means: take it easy, slow down) and we want you to reduce your pace of life and start chilling out during your holiday with us!
